The verjus base, made from unripe Semillon, is flavoured with a hibiscus tea infused lemon marmalade. Hints of peppermint and lemongrass add a refreshing complexity and a further infusion of hops and liquorice root adds tannins. Ever so slightly carbonated, this drink is a light option perfect for the start of your meal.
