The Wellington will come with red wine sauce, and the following sides, all fully prepared ready to go in the oven. Hassleback potatoes Braised red cabbage Garlic greens Red wine sauce Cooking instructions will be provided. These are made on demand, and we need at least 2 days notice. These are delivered fresh, and have never been frozen.
