Fuel Quantity Indicator, Simmonds Pacitor 0-4572 lbs KC-97 Radio Magnetic compassThis is a 1950s vintage aircraft Fuel Quantity Indicator, capacitance type, made by Simmonds Aerospace under the Pacitor brand name, part # 37415 282. We have not been able to link this to a specific aircraft, but it appears very similar to the fuel quantity indicators in the overhead panel of the DC 6 and C 118 (see photo). The instrument is in exceptional condition for its age. The dial markings are clear and the glass and case are intact. Measures
