Ballechin 2009 12 YO Oloroso Sherry Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky 500ml (ABV 58%)Ballechin is produced at the Edradour distillery. It boasts to be Scotlands smallest distillery and not just in size but in production which also makes the whisky so unique. The distillery was founded in 1825 by local farmers and is currently owned by Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky who purchased the distillery in 2002 from Pernod Ricard. The output from this distillery was once 600 litres per year but now it can produce up to 90,000 litres per year.

The perfect partnership of Oloroso sherry seasoned American and European oak casks creates the distinctive
