I played it on my CD player until it was well worn. Winnipeg had (and still does) a pretty amazing music ecosystem. The Waking Eyes were formed by members of The Pets and on this album were to me equal parts 60's pop indebted and perhaps taking some cues from the Elephant 6 Collective of artists. I was fortunate to see the band perform songs off of this
