Australian finger limeThe finger lime, also known as the caviar lime, is a small, thorny tree or shrub native to Australia's subtropical rainforests. The fruit is round to teardrop shaped and can be bright green, red, or deep purple brown. When cut, the fruit's juice vesicles burst into individual sacs that resemble caviar, earning it its nickname. Finger limes taste similar to regular limes but are slightly sweeter and have a popping boba texture.
