Brix Australian Cane Spirit is a blend of 70% unaged cane spirit, distilled from premium Australian molasses, blended with 30% charcoal filtered, barrel aged Brix Rum to add roundness, depth & body. Nose Rose, almond, vanilla, peach, grapefruit, banana, clove. Palate Toffee, caramel, stewed pears, fennel.
