It came from a supreme parcel of fruit so Xavier decided to make 4 barrels of this high quality single vineyard expression. Notes of raspberries, cherries and a hint of red plums. It has an elevated bouquet of cherry blossom, green peppercorn, cloves and bitter herbs. Flavours are concentrated, with dark cherry, blood orange, moist earth, meatiness and black pepper spice finish.
