Its a compelling combination that brings together juicy fruit, dark sticky sweetness and a gentle thread of spice. Tasting Notes: Green apple and pineapple syrup, chocolate dipped apricot, medjool dates and caramelised banana. The finish leans dessert like brled banana, soft allspice and a
