Hand picked fruit is carefully whole bunch pressed and crafted into this pure, fragrant, off dry Pinot Gris. A brilliant, pale straw colour and fresh nose with floral and stonefruit notes. The palate is full, with a clean fruit character and refreshing acidity. With plenty of depth, it finishes off dry and long. Ready to drink now to ensure as the aromatic fruit flavours are
