Pictorial showcard with decoration and titles printed in black and red on stiff white cardstock with two bumped lower corners for what is a lovely example of this early 20th century doll and toy

THIS EXTRAORDINARY

This book features a color illustration of a different wild animal on every page

[3-4] with die-cut tabs for holding the drawing being traced and the paper on which the enlarged drawing is being drawn upon

the leaves show light offsetting and minor scattered foxing

apparently the current Queen of England was the recipient of one of these toys as a young Princess as noted on the card

THE SURVIVAL OF THIS EXCEEDINGLY RARE WARTIME AVANT-GARDE PORTFOLIO

and two tiny spots of color loss resulting from that scrape for what is a really lovely copy of the dust wrapper

with minor toning around the edges

The delicate photo-pictorial paper wrappers exhibit only minor handling wear and touches of light rubbing along the spine
