firm and grainy with an amazing backbone of freshness supporting all that tightly wound

red roses and black tea

vanillin and orchard fruit add nuance to a forward

At first rich and vinous on the palate

Very long and quite persistent

ripe acids and a sapid

It certainly has a far darker and warmer feel in 2011 than

with a great beam of macerated red currant fruit laced with licorice

cassis and blueberry aromas
