This here is the Double Oak expression, having spent 14 months in both Scotch whisky barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. It was bottled at cask strength, and at 53% ABV it is packed full of roasted agave flavor and heaps of cask influence. Tasting Notes Honeyed roasted agave sweetness, with jammy forest fruits, oak spice and dried fig. Origin Mexico
