This is woodier than I personally prefer but stylistic quibbles aside

As I gave it more air

The plush but not overbearing palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin

structured by fine acidity

It should be best from 2011 to 2016+

but while it's richer and more polished than the wines of yesteryear

the Rabajà simply has it all

named after Nicolas’ younger daughter and was the first vineyard ever planted in Gualtallary

The 2008 Dom Pérignon continues to show very well
