Familia Eguren, Senorio de San Vicente Vintage:2011Deep, dark cherry red. Sweet spice, much darker fruited than any rioja in this J&B line up so far. Thick, velvety tannins that still offer some resistance on the palate. Some dried fig here too but not at all overripe, and masses of freshness on the velvet finish. (JH)
