Based in the Salns Valley sub region of the Ras Baixas, the label represents over 400 small growers, each with an average vineyard holding of just over half a hectare. Paco and Lola's entry level white, Ophalum Albario comes from the same vineyard resources that are Organically Farmed. The difference is a little bit of pressing in the winery
