Q45 Billet Throttle Body Adapter Flange rod Designed to work with 5"This adaptor flange is machined out of billet 6061 aluminum. The adaptor flange bolts to your q45 throttle body flange. It allows you to run a stock 7m throttle body on your custom intake. Some people like to do this for the break in period on a new motor. Or some just are not ready to run the big throttle body and piping. The flange comes with 4 special low head stainless bolts to bolt it to the intake. Then your stock throttle body just bolts right
