Usually made as a ready to drink, table wine there have been some expressions made more recently with the ability to age, developing a minerality and integrated fruit flavour. Luca Bosio ferment their Favorita in steel before giving it time on its lees to enhance the complexity. Notes of citrus fruit and jasmine are most obvious. Drink now! 13. 5% abv.
