Published in 1901 by The Picayune of New Orleans, Louisiana. The hardcover cookbook is in acceptable condition for its age, with wear to the cover, edges, and spine. The binding is fairly firm, but may require some repair. There is some staining to the top of several of the front and back pages. The name of the original owner is printed on the inside cover page, along with a date
