There is a bit more size and weight to the rich and nicely textured flavors that also exude a subtle bead of minerality before concluding in a dry and clean if mildly rustic finale

And it will be even better with 3-5 years of age

This should be excellent in time though note well that it’s going to need at least 5 years and reward up to 10
