Erindringsglas fra Kastrup Glasværk "Til Moder" Karafler og kanderHeight 16 cm. Almost all Danish glassworks offered commemorative glasses in the period 1850 to 1930. The glasses most often have an etched floral wreath in which a greeting is etched, a so called device. This model is known with a myriad of greetings this etching is rare. The glass was manufactured at Kastrup Glasvrk from 1910 to 1930.

The Snerle glass first appears in Danish catalogues in 1867

It has a blown look

Height 5 cm

but was manufactured for a short period of time at Holmegaard Glassworks

The glass is mouth-blown with a nice faceted knob on the stem and a guilloche ring on the cuppa

being narrower than the stem is wide

The glass was manufactured at Kastrup Glasværk from 1910 to 1930

The model is also made by the Norwegian Hadeland and is called Truls or in Norwegian Randsfjord
