but has an enjoyable depth and spiciness

While still rich in the dark fruits and wonderful structure that are hallmarks of the state

tension and aerial lightness in which finesse and power are allies

this is complex

A slight hint of delicious bittersweet treacle heralds the end and another sip

cedar and a hint of graphite to the whisky’s inherently malty backbone

This has a lot of concentration and extract and so it is surprising to find it was harvested on 21st September
