Antique Japanese Military "Banzai" China Incident Helmet Army Sake CupThis is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a helmet, katana, and a flag with some cherry blossoms. The words are "China Incident Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with the character "ten thousand" as the base this is the first word of the phrase "Banzai". The soldier's name Shibuya is also on the exterior. Condition: Mint Size: 2" across

I also have an extra one that's somewhat damaged (the spaces on the shells have widened - probably shrinkage over time)

Condition: One chip at 11 o'clock

and the ship sinking in the distance is Pingyuan (as noted by the flag)

The words on the cup are "Commemoration"

decorated with a detailed photo of the three human bombs - three Japanese soldiers who sacrificed themselves carrying bombs to blow up Chinese defenses in the Shanghai Incident of 1932

The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with an embossed plane in the center on the back as a base
