The chrysanthemum and kiri are both symbols of the imperial house

with a nice picture of the war dead memorial at Port Arthur (still standing today and known as the White Jade Hill Tower)

There's a maker's mark embossed at the base

One is the flag with rays

The tray is a bit warped

The words on the cup are "Infantry 42nd Regiment 9th Company Gymnastics Top Grade Award"

and two banners

The saucers had these decorations for the pole as well

decorated with a horse

The words are "Loyalty and bravery" and "Transport" "Discharge Commemoration"

Condition: The box is a little bit dented on the back and has some surface wear
