Vintage Pre 1950’s Rococo Decorated Plated Butter Dish With Glass Inner - Heavy ContemporaryThis item is a quite heavy vintage plated butter dish manufactured pre 1950s and decorated along both the rim as well as around the lid with rococo style embossed scroll patterning and plumes. The lid has also been designed with an ornate scroll lid finial. The base of the butter dish has been decorated with a machined pattern. Together with the butter dish is its original clear glass removable inner decorated with a cut starburst pattern underneath.

The item is decorated in the traditional delft manner with the word “Holland” beside the mill

This attractive collectable vintage porcelain bowl is the embossed foxglove bloom on light green version and depicts brightly coloured deep purple foxglove flowers on leaf base

The painting and thus by extension

2 soup bowls

6 tea spoons and 6 cake forks

and began to use their popular cross-arrows mark in 1902

aside from which they are both in very good vintage condition with no damages noted

however is still in good usable condition

The use of the name 'FOLEY'  were extensively used on many different marks to 1963
