Performed Particle Inspection IAW ASTM E1444 E1444M 12 DT: 15 Oct 2012 Installed New Bushing IAW Process 0049 DT: 02 Aug 2013 FAA Form 8130 3 Installed on all Lycoming Parallel Valve Engines: Except 0 235 Series, 0 290 Series, 0 320 H Series, I0 360E Series Note: 69444 Intake Rocker identified by Oil Hole located under Body (not under Valve Cup).
