Yoga Fitness Leader Part 116 BCRPA CECs The YFL Part 1 is an educational 2 day course that gives instructors the required tools to create safe, balanced, and enjoyable yoga fitness classes. After this course, students will be able, and expected to log 15 teaching hours prior to the YFL Part 3. The YFL Part 1 carries a recommended prerequisite of 25 hours of anatomy study.
