Nose A delicate ensemble of biscotti, caramel and almond nuttiness present with subtle, ripe peach, marmalade and oak hints. Palate Beautifully balanced biscotti tones again present in duet with ginger snap flavours. Cherry and raisin bread nuances follow before surrendering to a lively chilli chocolate spice
