Kii AA Lot 6843Perfectly situated at the foothills of Mt. Kenya and near a river that runs from it, Kii processes exceptional fully washed Kenyan coffee cherries grown in rich volcanic soil by approx. 800 small scale farmers and members of Rungeto Farmers' Cooperative Society. On arrival cherries are meticulously sorted by floating before being depulped, fermented, washed and soaked using crisp mountain water of River Kii. Beans are then dried over two weeks on
